How do I apply?
You may apply on our website at www.valenciaatdoral.com by selecting Apply Now or in person at our Leasing Office located at, 10000 NW 45th Terrace, Doral, FL 33178. You can also request an application for residency via email at leasing@valenciaatdoral.com
What are your application fees?
The Application Fee is $75 per applicant, 18 years or older. There is also a $175 Administration Fee.
What is the required Security Deposit?
Our minimum Security Deposit required is $1,000.
What lease terms do you offer?
We offer 7 to 12-month lease terms.
Do you allow pets?

Do you require Renters Insurance?
Yes, renter’s insurance is required for your personal property protection. To make this process easier for you, we are partnered with ePremium insurance. For more information you may visit their website at www.ePremiuminsurance.com
How long does it take for my application to be approved?
Once all required documentation is received, along with your application for residency, the approval process takes 24-72 hours.
What’s included with my rent?
As our resident, you and your guests will be able to enjoy all of Valencia’s amenities which includes exclusive membership to Doral Park Country Club. We are a gated community with private balconies and washer/dryer in all units, 24-hour maintenance service, trash pick-up service, reserved parking spaces, resident portal access and onsite management.
Does the community have garages?
Yes, we have garages and carports available for rent.
How do I pay my rent?
You can register online at www.valenciaatdoral.com/residents. Once registered, you will be able to pay your rent online with your checking or saving account, debit or credit card. You can also pay at our Leasing Office during business hours.
How do I request maintenance service?
You can submit a service request on the Resident Portal or via our text messaging system at 786.589.7695.
Who is my cable/internet provider?
Comcast or AT&T
Can I install a satellite dish?
Satellite dishes are not permitted.
Are grills permitted in balconies?
Only electric grills are permitted.
